Summary (Plain Language)
We use the cookies that keep you signed in, a few that make our support chat work, and analytics cookies that only start after you allow them. We do not use advertising cookies. You can change your analytics choice at any time with the button below.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. They remember things such as that you are signed in, or which choice you made in our consent banner. Similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage, work the same way, so we treat them alike in this policy.
2. The cookies we use
- Necessary. These make the service work and need no consent. They keep you signed in to the dashboard (
pb_access, valid for 1 day, andpb_refresh, valid for 7 days; both are HttpOnly and set only by us) and remember your answer in the consent banner. - Statistics. Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, shows us which pages of our website visitors use and which buttons they click. It does not set analytics cookies until you allow statistics cookies.
- Support chat. Our support chat, provided by Text (LiveChat), loads on every page and sets cookies that remember your chat session. We use it only to offer you the chat.
- Marketing. We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies.
The dashboard also keeps a few interface settings in your browser's local storage, for example which notices you have dismissed. They never leave your device.
3. Change your choice
You can allow or withdraw consent for analytics cookies at any time. Withdrawing is as easy as giving it.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the necessary cookies, you will not be able to sign in.
4. Detailed cookie list
This list is generated by our consent tool, Cookiebot, which scans our websites regularly, so it always shows the cookies that are really in use, with their provider, purpose and lifetime.
